Cameron W. George

Chief Executive Officer
Cameron W. George is Chief Executive Officer of Mesquite Energy, Inc., a privately held independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company focused on the development of its properties in the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas. Mr. George has over 20 years of oil and natural gas industry and investment banking experience. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sanchez Energy Corporation. Before joining Sanchez, Mr. George was a member of the founding team of Linn Energy, LLC and served in positions of increasing responsibility in finance and corporate development for more than a decade. Previously, he was an investment banker in the energy group at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions for the exploration and production, midstream and oilfield service sectors. Mr. George graduated summa cum laude with business honors and received a BBA from Southern Methodist University.

Gregory B. Kopel

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Gregory B. Kopel serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Mesquite Energy. Prior to this, Mr. Kopel served in a similar capacity for Sanchez Energy Corporation. Mr. Kopel has deep experience in the oil and natural gas industry, having previously worked for Occidental Petroleum, Linn Energy and Breitburn Energy Partners. He began his career working at two international law firms. Mr. Kopel earned a BA with honors in Government from the University of Texas and holds a JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston.

Wilson B. Handler

Director
Wilson B. Handler is a Partner at Apollo, focused on private equity investing in the Natural Resources and Energy Transition sectors. Prior to joining Apollo in 2011, Mr. Handler was an investment professional at First Reserve, where he was involved in the execution and monitoring of investments in the energy sector. Prior to that, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers in the Natural Resources M&A group. Currently, Mr. Handler serves on the board of directors of Belvedere Royalties, Double Eagle IV, Emory Peak Holdings, Moleaer, Momentum Minerals II, OEG, Sapphire Energy Services, and Summit Ridge Energy, and previously served on the board of directors of Athlon Energy, CSV Midstream Solutions, Double Eagle II & III, EP Energy, High Road Resources, Jupiter Resources, Resource Energy Partners, Tumbleweed I & II and Wolfcamp DrillCo. Mr. Handler graduated from Dartmouth College with an AB in Economics and Government.

Peter Kravitz

Director
Peter Kravitz is a Partner at Province, an internationally recognized advisory firm that helps clients navigate complex strategic, operational, financial and legal challenges and opportunities. Mr. Kravitz serves as a professional fiduciary with a specific specialty in wind-down situations that focus on maximizing recoveries. Throughout his numerous engagements, he has consistently driven recoveries past waterfalls laid out in disclosure statements, initiated hundreds of millions of dollars in affirmative litigation recoveries and orchestrated over $10 billion in claim reductions.

Mr. Kravitz serves in a multitude of roles, including Chief Restructuring Officer, advisor to and member of bankruptcy oversight and creditor committees, Chapter 11/Liquidating Trustee/Plan Administrator, Disbursing Agent and member of boards of directors where his legal and business backgrounds are well-served. Prior to joining Province, he served as Executive Vice President of Business Affairs to the largest privately held RV dealership group ($475+ million in annual revenues). Mr. Kravitz undertook a prominent industry-wide role reshaping manufacturer-dealer agreements and manufacturer indemnification obligations, forcing repurchases of entire aging inventories, ensuring financial compliance practices, and managing an industry-wide restructuring.

Mr. Kravitz’s litigation work has earned him titles such as American Lawyer Top 100 law firm partner, and in 2013 and 2014, he was selected as Southern California’s Super Lawyer for Bankruptcy, Litigation and Trusts.

Nathan H. Van Duzer

Director
Nathan H. Van Duzer is Managing Director, Special Situations at Fidelity Investments and co-portfolio manager on Fidelity Credit Opportunities Fund 2 (FCOF 2). In his role at Fidelity, he leads a team responsible for corporate reorganizations and restructurings in Fidelity’s High Income and Alternatives Division. In his 25-year career at Fidelity, he has worked on hundreds of in-court and out-of-court restructurings across a wide array of industries. He also participates in the day to day investment decisions of FCOF2, an opportunistic credit fund aimed at taking advantage of dislocations in the credit market. Mr. Van Duzer has represented Fidelity investors’ interests as an observer on numerous corporate boards and currently serves as a director for Lucchese Bootmaker, Inc. and New Cotai LLC. He holds a BS from the United States Military Academy and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
